We, the farmers, have responsibly raised, along with mother nature, a top quality product focusing on optimum nutritional value for our consumers...now we pass the baton onto our customers to pick the bird clean! Leaving nothing to waste!

Perfectly brined, slow roasted to perfection....that's dinner....BYOB....
The rest of the afternoon will explore creatively transforming the leftover into several signature recipes including nutrient dense stock as we prepare dinner together.
**ATTENDANTS take home a Black Valley Farm pasture raised chicken, a quart of stock, and all recipes for future use. Only twelve slots available. $95/person $150/couple (deposit twice for couples....remaining balance adjusted upon arrival.
